Unleash Your Magic!

Goethe said, "Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it!" And I totally agree, but it's only half the story. In my experience, the more bold the idea, the stronger and more convincing the self-doubt. You know, that dream-killing voice that says, "This idea stinks! I don't have what it takes. Maybe later." So, to bust through that, and reach your goals, you have to become savvy with self-doubt.

Here are some practical tips:
1.    See it for what it is: It's just a voice. It's not real and it's not true! Tell a trusted friend about your big, hairy fears, and I bet they'll lose their power.

2.    Remember, "this will pass": Don't bail on your big idea because of a few moments (or even days) of self-doubt. Let it percolate. Get a perspective-check from a mentor.

3.    Write down your goals somewhere safe: When the going gets tough, consult your plan; dig down and locate your resolve to take new steps every day. Work regularly with a coach on your goals, so you stay on track.

Remember, the more willing you are to keep taking steps when doubt arises, the more likely you are to reach your goals and unleash your magic!

If you'd like to dig deeper, or you need a little help tackling your goals, send me an email and we'll schedule a complimentary coaching consultation. A little help goes a long way!
Good luck out there!
