Working with Ryan: Testimonials
I find Ryan’s energy and thoughtfulness in helping staff reflect upon their own practice extremely rewarding.
-Haley Ortega, Henkle Middle School Principal
With my plate so full of what-I-have-to-do, what-went-wrong and I-don't-have time; it was refreshing to have Ryan to inspire and remind me of why I became a teacher in the first place. Ryan helped me to look at all the good and joy that I have power over in my teaching day.

After a busy and hectic day of school, Ryan's workshop was a breath of fresh air and an affirmation of why we teach! -Michael Hannigan, 8th Grade
Ryan's warm and easily-approachable style makes for a great group dynamic. He works with a smooth rhythm and had our group open and sharing meaningfully in no time!
-Steve Kingsford-Smith 7th Grade
I really appreciate the positive activities at the end of the day. Ryan does a nice job presenting in a calm and positive manner. It is a refreshing and uplifting way to interact with colleagues at a hectic time.
-Ashley Howe, 8th Grade
Wednesday's mini workshop was especially helpful because my 6th period class was extremely difficult due to unruly behavior. I ended the day in a tough place, letting it ruin the rest of my day. The reflection prompt helped me to redirect my attitude from negative to positive by writing about the day up to that point and patting myself on the back for several positive things that happened earlier in the day. Thanks for sending me home on a good note.
